Seven Hill Industries' board approved its audited standalone results for FY25 on 17 October 2025. Total income collapsed to Rs 96.38 lakhs from Rs 340.46 lakhs in FY24, a drop of about 72% year-on-year. Full-year profit after tax fell sharply from Rs 319.56 lakhs to just Rs 3.81 lakhs, while the March 2025 quarter swung to a loss of Rs 50.59 lakhs compared with a Rs 7.09 lakh profit in the year-ago quarter. The balance sheet continues to show negative other equity of Rs 410.03 lakhs (accumulated losses), non-current borrowings rising to Rs 684.40 lakhs, and an extremely thin cash balance of Rs 0.22 lakhs. The statutory auditor (Rishi Sekhri and Associates) issued an unmodified (clean) opinion, and the company also appointed Jain Preeti & Company as secretarial auditor for FY25.
Sharply lower revenue and a return to quarterly losses, combined with persistent accumulated losses and minimal cash, point to weakening fundamentals; shareholders should view this as a negative earnings update despite the clean audit opinion.
