Pushpsons Industries has filed revised standalone unaudited results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended 30 June 2025), along with a reconciliation statement converting figures from previous GAAP to Ind AS. Revenue from operations stood at Rs. 72.44 lakhs, down marginally from Rs. 74.21 lakhs in Q1 FY25, while total income was Rs. 75.25 lakhs versus Rs. 77.68 lakhs a year ago. Net profit collapsed sharply to just Rs. 0.60 lakhs (EPS of Rs. 0.02) compared with Rs. 5.85 lakhs (EPS of Rs. 0.11) in the same quarter last year. The company continues to operate in a single segment — export of carpets and made-ups. Reserves excluding revaluation stood at negative Rs. 34.73 lakhs as of 31 March 2025, indicating accumulated losses. The statutory auditor (Ritu Gupta & Co.) issued an unmodified opinion, and the results were approved by the Board on 12 August 2025.
Sharp ~90% drop in quarterly profit and negative reserves point to weak earnings quality and financial fragility, which could weigh on investor sentiment and the stock price. However, the clean (unmodified) audit opinion and the revision being limited to a GAAP-to-Ind AS reconciliation slightly limit governance concerns.
