Revision in Record date for the purpose of issue of Bonus of equity shares

Murae Organisor Ltd has revised the record date for its upcoming bonus issue from Tuesday, 29th July 2025 to Friday, 1st August 2025. The bonus ratio remains unchanged at 1 bonus equity share for every 10 existing equity shares held. The record date determines which shareholders are eligible to receive the bonus shares. Shareholders must hold shares in their demat accounts as of the new record date to qualify for the allotment.
Existing shareholders as of 1st August 2025 will receive additional shares (1 free share for every 10 held), which will increase the share count but is typically price-neutral on an adjusted basis. Shareholders who bought after the original 29th July date but before the new 1st August date should still be eligible.
