Rexnord Electronics & Controls has published its audited financial results for Q4 FY26 and full year ended March 31, 2026 in Navshakti (Marathi) and The Free Press Journal (English) on May 31, 2026, as required under SEBI listing rules. Standalone Q4 FY26 revenue grew to ₹3,391.76 lakhs from ₹3,153.71 lakhs a year ago. Net profit after tax jumped sharply to ₹477.33 lakhs (vs ₹109.98 lakhs in Q4 FY25), with basic EPS of ₹3.60 vs ₹0.83. For full year FY26, revenue rose to ₹12,155.87 lakhs (vs ₹10,848.34 lakhs in FY25, up ~12%), but net profit after tax dipped slightly to ₹498.85 lakhs (vs ₹506.88 lakhs). EPS for the year stood at ₹3.76 vs ₹4.13. A major one-time boost to Q4 came from the sale of certain immovable properties, plant & machinery and investment properties (a Material Related Party Transaction approved in December 2025), which generated a gain reflected in the current quarter results. Proceeds are earmarked for strategic initiatives. Reserves stood at ₹8,514.22 lakhs and equity share capital at ₹1,325.91 lakhs. Consolidated figures were broadly in line with standalone.
Strong Q4 profitability is largely driven by a one-time gain from the sale of properties and plant & machinery, so underlying operating performance should be viewed cautiously. Full-year profits were marginally lower despite double-digit revenue growth, suggesting cost pressures remain. Shareholders should note the related-party nature of the asset sale and monitor how the proceeds are deployed in strategic initiatives.
