RHI Magnesita India board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share (250% on Re. 1 face value) for FY2026, subject to shareholder approval at AGM. This maintains the same dividend as FY2025 (Rs. 2.50 per share). However, the company reported significant standalone loss of Rs. 467.69 crore for FY2026 vs profit of Rs. 223 crore in FY2025, primarily due to Rs. 660.92 crore impairment on investment in subsidiary. Consolidated loss was Rs. 382.94 crore vs profit of Rs. 202.51 crore in FY2025, after Rs. 556.24 crore goodwill impairment. Despite the losses, management proceeded with unchanged dividend payout.
