RHI Magnesita India reported audited Q4 and FY26 results. Consolidated revenue grew to Rs 4,019 crore from Rs 3,674 crore. Despite revenue growth, the company posted a consolidated loss of Rs 382 crore versus a profit of Rs 202 crore last year, due to a one-time goodwill impairment of Rs 556 crore at subsidiary RHIMIRL. Standalone loss was Rs 469 crore from a Rs 661 crore impairment in subsidiary investment. Board recommended final dividend of Rs 2.50 per share. Auditors gave an unmodified opinion.
Large impairment charges wiped out profits, but underlying business grew and dividend was maintained. Watch for follow-through effects.
