RHI Magnesita India Limited has announced that its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, 26 September 2025 at 11:00 a.m. via video conferencing. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from 13 September 2025 to 19 September 2025.
