Riba Textiles reported FY25 revenue from operations of Rs 29,585.89 lakhs, up about 19.8% from Rs 24,689.43 lakhs in FY24, driven by growth in its single terry towels segment. Profit after tax rose modestly to Rs 849.97 lakhs (vs Rs 791.77 lakhs), with EPS of Rs 8.81 versus Rs 8.20. Q4 FY25 revenue was Rs 8,233.44 lakhs with PAT of Rs 237.63 lakhs, slightly higher year-on-year. Operating cash flow remained healthy at Rs 1,760.50 lakhs, while finance costs and depreciation both increased. The statutory auditor Ashwani K Sindwani & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion, and the board also reappointed internal auditors and appointed new secretarial auditors for FY26 onwards.
Strong top-line growth of nearly 20% signals healthy demand, but the modest 7% rise in profit and higher finance/depreciation charges suggest margin pressure, which shareholders should watch. The clean audit and positive cash flow are reassuring, while the auditor changes are routine governance matters with no immediate price impact.
