The Board approved audited standalone results with revenue from operations of Rs. 20,312.55 lakhs (up 122% YoY from Rs. 9,137.99 lakhs), but profit after tax declined 40% to Rs. 5,630.56 lakhs from Rs. 9,411.91 lakhs due to higher finance costs and other expenses. Operating cash flow turned negative at Rs. 815.44 lakhs. The consolidated results show a net loss of Rs. 3,325.87 lakhs for FY26, heavily impacted by a Rs. 2,784.33 lakh impairment loss on assets of the discontinued Paper Division of subsidiary Shree Rama Newsprint Limited. The company declared a dividend of Rs. 3 per share (30%). Auditors issued unmodified opinions with emphasis of matter on (a) income tax disputes aggregating Rs. 308 lakhs shown as contingent liability, and (b) SEBI/SAT orders restraining the company and promoters from accessing securities markets pending MPS compliance. The company also shifted registered office from Gujarat to Haryana and amended its main object clause to expand business activities.
Revenue surge was offset by margin compression and higher finance costs; PAT fell 40% on standalone and turned into a consolidated loss due to the impairment charge. Negative operating cash flow and SEBI market restrictions add further risk for investors.
