RIIT first AGM 2026: all four resolutions passed, auditor vote saw dissent

Raajmarg Infra Investment Trust held its first AGM on July 24, 2026 via video conferencing. All four resolutions were passed. Adoption of FY26 financial statements, valuation report, and valuer appointment got over 99.99 percent support. Statutory auditor appointment passed with 88.08 percent support as 11.92 percent of votes (mostly from public institutional unitholders) opposed it. Voting turnout was 43.18 percent on 60 crore total units.
