Trading Window Closure for Q1 FY27 Results Consideration

Risa International Ltd has announced closure of trading window for its securities from 1st July 2026, ahead of the board meeting to consider and approve unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026 (Q1 FY27). The window will remain shut till 48 hours after the results are announced. During this period, employees, directors, KMPs, designated persons, and their immediate relatives are barred from trading in the company shares. The board meeting date will be communicated later. This is a routine insider trading compliance measure under SEBI regulations.
