Rishabh Instruments reported Q1 FY26 standalone revenue from operations of ₹617.75 million, up about 17% from ₹526.86 million in Q1 FY25. Standalone profit after tax jumped sharply to ₹98.79 million from ₹37.11 million, a rise of roughly 166%. Consolidated revenue grew about 12% to ₹1,903.29 million while consolidated PAT surged to ₹196.22 million from ₹32.09 million. The auditor MSKA & Associates issued an unqualified limited review report on both sets of results. Prior period consolidated figures for FY25 were restated following the completion of purchase price allocation for the MICROSYS acquisition in Czech Republic, with minor downward adjustments to previously reported PAT and EPS.
Strong quarter with healthy topline growth and a sharp jump in profitability, suggesting margin expansion and improved operational efficiency. The restatement is technical and immaterial, so it should not concern shareholders. Positive read for the stock in the near term.
