Enclosed Revised Annual Report 2024-25

Rishi Laser Ltd has submitted a revised Annual Report for FY 2024-25 to fix typesetting errors found on pages 10 and 46 of the original report filed on 28 August 2025. The corrigendum corrects the 33rd AGM date from Friday, 12 September 2025 to Monday, 22 September 2025, and updates the book closure dates to 16 September 2025 to 22 September 2025. It also corrects a reference to the previous AGM (replacing the 29th AGM with the 32nd AGM details on page 46). The 33rd AGM will be held via video conferencing at 11:00 a.m. and includes business items such as adoption of financial statements, re-appointment of Mr. Mahesh Solanki as director, appointment of Sudhanwa S. Kalamkar & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years (FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30), ratification of Cost Auditor remuneration of Rs. 80,000, and re-appointment of Mr. Harshad Patel as Managing Director for three years at Rs. 15 lakh per month. The annual report shows total income of Rs. 151.41 crore (up 7.37%), EBITDA of Rs. 13.07 crore, and PAT of Rs. 8.25 crore for FY25.
