RITES Limited has informed the exchanges about two changes in its senior management effective July 31 and August 1, 2025. Shri Rajiv Kumar Sinha, GGM (Civil) and Regional Head-ERPO, Kolkata, has superannuated (retired) at the close of business on July 31, 2025, and accordingly ceased to be part of the senior management. In his place, Shri Alok Bansal, GGM (Civil), has been designated as the new Regional Head-ERPO, Kolkata with effect from August 1, 2025, and has been inducted into the senior management. Shri Bansal holds a postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering from IISc Bangalore, has over 22 years of multidisciplinary experience, and was previously with BHEL before joining RITES in December 2024.
This is a routine internal succession move – one senior manager retiring and another internal senior manager taking over the same regional role. No material impact on operations, financials, or shareholder value is expected.
