Riyaasat Lifestyle IPO, a fresh issue of 28.48 lakh equity shares aimed at raising about Rs 30.77 crore at a price band of Rs 102-108, was subscribed only 10% on its final day of bidding. The retail portion was booked 7% while the QIB portion was subscribed 1.01 times; the NII category had not bid yet. The shares are commanding no grey market premium, signalling an expected flat listing at the issue price of Rs 108 on BSE SME on June 25.
