Riyaasat Lifestyle, a Gujarat-based ethnic wear retailer, opened its Rs 30.77 crore SME IPO for subscription, comprising a fresh issue of about 28.49 lakh shares with no offer-for-sale component. Grey market premium stood flat at zero, signalling cautious retail sentiment and no anticipated listing pop. The company plans to deploy proceeds towards four new stores (around Rs 12.47 crore) and working capital, having reported revenue of Rs 25.19 crore and profit after tax of Rs 4.87 crore in FY25.
