RKD Agri & Retail Ltd (formerly Himalchuli Food Products Ltd) approved its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31 December 2025. Revenue from operations for Q3 FY26 stood at Rs 40.80 lakhs, up modestly from Rs 38.66 lakhs in Q3 FY25 but up sharply from Rs 32.59 lakhs in the previous quarter (Q2 FY26). However, nine-month revenue declined to Rs 117.63 lakhs from Rs 132.29 lakhs a year earlier, a drop of about 11%. The company reported a loss of Rs 11.89 lakhs in Q3 FY26, narrowing from Rs 19.75 lakhs loss in Q2 FY26 but much wider than the Rs 0.09 lakhs loss in Q3 FY25. Cumulative nine-month loss deepened sharply to Rs 42.25 lakhs versus just Rs 0.33 lakhs in the prior year period. The statutory auditor (MNT and Associates LLP) issued an unqualified limited review report. The board also filed a statement of deviation on funds raised via a preferential issue in March 2023 (Rs 5.42 crore), with nearly the full amount utilized and no major deviation reported.
The widening nine-month loss and declining revenue signal continued pressure on the small-cap business, which may concern retail shareholders about profitability and going concern. However, the quarter-on-quarter revenue uptick and narrower sequential loss offer some early signs of stabilization, though the stock is likely to remain thinly traded and volatile.
