RMC Switchgears has secured two orders worth a combined ₹100.19 crore from Suncity Urja Pvt. Ltd. under Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (JVVNL), under the government's Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS). The first order of ₹33.80 crore covers supply and development of distribution infrastructure for loss reduction at Kota Circle, while the second order of ₹66.39 crore involves supply and erection of items for distribution network development at Jhalawar Circle, Jaipur Discom. The projects include supply, erection, and commissioning of distribution infrastructure aimed at modernising the grid and reducing technical and commercial losses. This win comes as the government has extended the RDSS scheme by two years due to implementation delays.
These orders strengthen RMC's order book and presence in Rajasthan's power distribution segment, providing visible revenue over the coming quarters.
