RMC Switchgears has informed BSE that its material subsidiary, RMC Green Energy Private Limited, has appointed Mr. Samujjal Ganguly as 'Business Head' in Senior Management on a whole-time basis, effective 3rd June 2025. Mr. Ganguly brings over 30 years of experience in the solar energy industry, having previously served as AVP & Head of the Commercial & Industrial Business Unit at Waaree RTL, and held senior roles at Vikram Solar, Navitas Green Solutions, and Exide Industries. He has led execution of major projects including a 450 MW NTPC solar plant and a 10 MW floating solar project. He is not related to any Director of the company.
