RMC Switchgears has invested an additional Rs. 2.60 Crores in its subsidiary, RMC Green Energy Private Limited, by subscribing to 26 lakh equity shares of Rs. 10 each at par. This raises the company's stake in the subsidiary to 99.58%. RMC Green Energy, incorporated in July 2024, is in the business of electric power generation from non-conventional sources and is setting up a solar panel module line.
