The InvIT manages 6 road assets (4 toll + 2 annuity) spanning ~685 km across 6 Indian states, with total revenue of ₹11.9 billion in FY26, up from ₹10.1 billion in FY25. EBITDA grew to ₹7,461 million from ₹6,262 million year-over-year. Cash Earnings Per Unit improved to ₹14.23 from ₹11.71. Distribution of ₹5.30 per unit (₹2,414 million total) was declared. Despite positive operating metrics, net profit was negative at -₹2,735 million due to goodwill impairment of ₹3,221 million. The trust has an enterprise value of ₹33.06 billion with leverage at 36%.
Positive operating performance with strong revenue growth and improved cash earnings per unit. Distribution to unitholders signals reliable returns. The negative net profit due to goodwill impairment is an accounting item but may create short-term volatility in investor sentiment.
