Roadstar Infra Investment Trust has informed the exchanges that its Board approved sharing of certain confidential and unpublished price-sensitive information (UPSI) with prospective bidders. This follows IL&FS's earlier invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) published on November 13, 2025, for the sale of its investments in the Trust's Sponsor, units of the Trust, and other associated entities.
