Roadstar Infra Investment Trust has informed stock exchanges about a Board of Directors meeting of its Investment Manager (Roadstar Investment Managers Limited) scheduled for Tuesday, May 27, 2025. The Board will consider and approve the Annual Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial information and results of RIIT for the half year and year ended March 31, 2025.
