Roadstar Infra Investment Trust has informed the exchange that IL&FS has invited Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the sale of its investments in the Sponsor (Roadstar Infra Private Limited), along with units held by the Sponsor, the Investment Manager (Roadstar Investment Managers Limited), and optionally the Project Manager (Elsamex Maintenance Services Limited). The asset on offer represents a 100% stake in the Sponsor, 51% in the Investment Manager, 6.94% in the Trust (ITNL InvIT), and optionally 6% in the Project Manager. The EOI was published in Economic Times, Maharashtra Times, and Navbharat Times across multiple editions on November 13, 2025.
