Robust Hotels Limited has amended its short-term loan agreement with Novak Hotels Private Limited. Under the amendment dated 28th July 2025, interest on the loan will now be paid annually instead of the earlier quarterly schedule. The change is effective retrospectively from 1st April 2025. All other terms and conditions of the original agreement remain unchanged. The amendment was made with the mutual consent of both parties.
