Rodium Realty reported a strong turnaround in Q1 FY26 on a standalone basis, with revenue from operations jumping nearly 4x to ₹257.51 lakhs from ₹67.26 lakhs in Q1 FY25. Standalone profit after tax swung from a loss of ₹218.28 lakhs to a profit of ₹187.10 lakhs, translating to EPS of ₹5.76 versus a loss of ₹6.72 per share. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations rose about 63% to ₹1,452.69 lakhs from ₹891.09 lakhs, while consolidated PAT moved from a loss of ₹283.17 lakhs to a profit of ₹227.39 lakhs (EPS ₹7.00 vs loss of ₹8.72). The auditor (SCA and Associates) issued an unmodified review opinion on both sets of results. The board also approved the Rodium ESOP Scheme 2025 covering 4 lakh equity options at a ₹50 exercise price, and recommended appointing M/s. M. M. Nissim & Co. LLP as statutory auditor for five years, replacing the outgoing auditors whose term ends at the September 30, 2025 AGM.
Sharp year-on-year rebound in both revenue and profitability is positive for shareholders, though the small base and the fact that numbers are unaudited warrant caution. The auditor change and new ESOP plan (potential dilution of ~1.2% on equity capital) are governance events to watch but not immediately negative.
