Rodium Realty Ltd submitted its audited financial results for Q4 and FY25 on May 30, 2025. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations dropped sharply to ₹1,003.71 lakhs from ₹1,981.10 lakhs in FY24, a fall of around 49%. Despite this, standalone profit after tax jumped dramatically from ₹23.56 lakhs to ₹278.13 lakhs, mainly because total expenses fell sharply (cost of construction dropped from ₹795.35 lakhs to ₹286.61 lakhs). On a consolidated basis (including subsidiaries like Rodium Housing LLP and Rodium Digital Inc), revenue grew about 29% to ₹6,155.54 lakhs from ₹4,755.04 lakhs, and consolidated PAT rose from ₹132.14 lakhs to ₹344.07 lakhs. Auditor SCA and Associates issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both sets of results. Consolidated operating cash flow remained healthy at ₹568.16 lakhs. The board also re-appointed the secretarial auditor and internal auditor for FY26.
Shareholders should note the divergent trends: the standalone business saw revenue halve but profits surge off a low base, while the consolidated entity (driven by subsidiaries) showed strong top-line and bottom-line growth. The clean audit opinion and positive operating cash flow are reassuring, but the standalone revenue weakness may be a watchpoint for the core real estate business.
