Rolex Rings reported Q1FY26 revenue of ₹292 crore (down from ₹311 crore YoY, up from ₹284 crore QoQ) with EBITDA of ₹77 crore (~26.5% margin including other income) and PAT of ₹49 crore. Auto components now contribute 54% of revenue while bearing rings contribute 46%; domestic sales (53%) have overtaken exports (47%) for the first time. Management indicated that US tariff uncertainty has put on hold 25-30% of the ₹175 crore new order pipeline, with the remainder coming from Europe and domestic markets. EBITDA margin guidance was set at a sustainable 23-25% range, capex for FY26 guided at ₹30-35 crore, and the company reiterated it remains net debt-free with ~₹225 crore annual cash flows.
Near-term top-line growth could be marginally impacted if US tariffs escalate beyond current levels, though management expects no customer to divert orders. The CDR/legal matter with Union Bank of India (₹227 crore contested, ₹50.6 crore provided) remains an overhang pending resolution expected before end-Q2FY26. For shareholders, the company remains financially strong with net cash, but revenue has been range-bound for 3-4 years and tariff clarity will be the key catalyst.
