Rossell India Ltd has informed stock exchanges that its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), CB Management Services Private Limited, has merged with MUFG Intime India Private Limited. The Regional Director, Western Region, Ministry of Corporate Affairs approved this merger via order dated 24th April, 2026, and it became effective from 8th May, 2026. CB Management Services was a wholly-owned subsidiary of MUFG Intime India. The merger aims to achieve internal economic efficiencies, reduce costs, and realize economies of scale. The company has confirmed that the CB Management team currently servicing Rossell India will continue to remain the same.
No direct impact on Rossell India's financials or operations. Shareholders should note that share registry services will now be handled by MUFG Intime India, but the service team and contact details remain unchanged.
