Rossell India Ltd has published its audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2026, in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations. For the full year, total revenue from operations stood at Rs 226.20 crore, with net profit after tax of Rs 15.86 crore. However, Q4 performance was weak with revenue of Rs 16.58 crore and net loss of Rs 23.79 crore, showing a significant sequential decline from Q3. The Board has recommended a dividend of Re 0.40 per equity share (20%) for FY 2025-26, maintaining the same payout as the previous year. Earnings per share for the year was Rs 4.21 compared to Rs 5.22 in FY 2024-25.
While FY 2025-26 shows positive profitability on an annual basis, the sharp Q4 loss raises concerns about second-half performance. The maintained dividend provides some comfort to shareholders, but the decline in annual EPS and weak quarterly showing may create near-term negative sentiment around the stock.
