Rossell India Limited has informed the exchanges about the merger of its Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agents (RTA), CB Management Services Private Limited, with MUFG Intime India Private Limited. The Regional Director, Western Region, Ministry of Corporate Affairs passed an order approving the scheme of merger under Section 233 of the Companies Act, 2013 on 24th April, 2026. The appointed date was 1st April, 2025, and the merger became effective from 8th May, 2026 upon filing Form INC-28 with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. CB Management Services was a wholly-owned subsidiary of MUFG Intime India (formerly Link Intime India). MUFG Intime has confirmed that the existing CB Management team servicing Rossell India will continue to remain the same with no changes to personnel.
This is an administrative change in the RTA structure and has no direct impact on Rossell India's business operations or financials. Shareholders will continue to receive the same service quality as the existing RTA team remains unchanged.
