Board approves revised proposal to shift Registered Office within Delhi

Rotographics (India) Board's meeting on 23 July 2026 approved a revised proposal to shift the Registered Office from Shop No. 37 Shanker Market, Connaught Place (New Delhi-110001) to 138-139 Main Road, Ghazipur (Delhi-110096). The new location is within Delhi but falls under a different Registrar of Companies. The earlier disclosure dated 10 July 2026, which mentioned shifting within the same RoC jurisdiction, is now modified. The move needs approval of Members via Special Resolution and the Regional Director, MCA. Board also approved an Addendum to the 51st AGM notice to include this resolution.
