Mr. Shrey Gupta, the existing acquirer and Managing Director of Rotographics (India) Ltd, has acquired an additional 18,40,300 equity shares (13.99% of the company's share capital) through a Share Purchase Agreement off-market pursuant to an open offer. This acquisition, completed on December 15, 2025, takes his total holding from 53,00,000 shares (40.30%) to 71,40,300 shares (54.29%), crossing the 50% majority threshold.
