Route Mobile announced a strategic partnership with Truecaller to expand its Business Messaging reach globally. Under the deal, enterprises can access Truecaller Business Messaging through Route Mobile's CPaaS platform, targeting over 500 million monthly active users worldwide. Features include rich media messages with images, documents and videos, verified business messaging, two-way communication, smart-priority sticky notifications, and read receipts. Both CEOs called the collaboration a step toward more secure, trusted and effective customer engagement at scale. No financial terms were disclosed.
