Routine compliance certificate on share dematerialisation for Q1 FY27

Integra Switchgear has submitted to BSE a routine compliance certificate under SEBI Regulation 74(5) for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. The certificate was issued by the company's registrar and share transfer agent, Adroit Corporate Services, confirming that shares received for dematerialisation during the quarter were processed, the physical certificates were mutilated and cancelled, and the depository names were substituted in the register of members within 15 days. No new shares were issued.
