Routine quarterly RTA certificate under SEBI Regulation 74(5)

Dharti Proteins submitted the standard quarterly certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, System Support Services, under SEBI Regulation 74(5) for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. The certificate confirms that all dematerialization requests received from depository participants were processed and that the related share certificates were cancelled and the depository was recorded as the registered owner within 30 days.
