Routine RTA certificate for Q1 FY27 dematerialisation filed

Kedia Construction has submitted a Regulation 74(5) certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India, for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. The certificate confirms that securities received from depository participants for dematerialisation during the quarter were accepted or rejected, and that the relevant certificates were mutilated, cancelled, and the depository names were substituted in the register of members within the required timelines.
