Royal Cushion Vinyl Products has filed its 41st Annual Report for FY 2024-25 along with the AGM notice. The 41st AGM is scheduled for Monday, 29th September 2025 at 3:30 PM, to be held via video conferencing. Revenue from operations rose about 16.8% to Rs. 6,390.56 lakhs from Rs. 5,470.69 lakhs in the previous year. However, profit after tax fell sharply to Rs. 229.34 lakhs compared to Rs. 29,420.86 lakhs in the previous year, which was inflated by an exceptional gain of Rs. 28,873.83 lakhs from written-back liabilities. Other income included Rs. 124.63 lakhs from sale of land and Rs. 736.52 lakhs from a Gujarat government grant. The Board has not declared any dividend for FY 2024-25. Shareholders will vote on adopting the financials, re-appointing Director Jayesh Motasha, appointing Loya & Shariff as Secretarial Auditor for five years, and re-appointing Mahesh K. Shah as Managing Director for three years from April 2026.
No dividend declaration may disappoint income-focused shareholders. The headline profit drop is largely due to last year's one-time exceptional gain not repeating, while operational revenue growth is a positive signal. Continuation of the existing promoter-led management provides leadership stability.
