Royal India Corporation Ltd (BSE Scrip: 512047) has submitted the extract of its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q2 FY26 (quarter ended 30 September 2025), which were published in Financial Express (English) and Mumbai Lakshadeep (Marathi) on 16 November 2025. On a standalone basis, total income from operations dropped sharply to Rs. 543.30 lakhs from Rs. 8,020.98 lakhs in the year-ago quarter, while net profit after tax rose to Rs. 177.94 lakhs from Rs. 21.26 lakhs. For the half-year ended September 2025, standalone net profit turned to Rs. 500.42 lakhs versus a loss of Rs. 16.32 lakhs in H1 FY25. Consolidated Q2 net profit stood at Rs. 157.89 lakhs with EPS of Rs. 0.13. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board on 14 November 2025.
Sharply lower revenue year-on-year is a red flag, but a swing to healthy profits (both for the quarter and half-year) is a positive. Investors may react cautiously given the steep top-line contraction, though improved profitability could provide some support.
