Royal Orchid Hotels (ROHLTD) has launched a new property, Regenta Central Shivani, in Solapur, Maharashtra, in partnership with Mathura Agro Industries. The 65-room hotel features a Rajasthani-themed design, a swimming pool, spa, gym, a 170-cover restaurant, banquet and meeting facilities, and a 25,000 sq. ft. lawn. This is ROHL's 4th property launch in Maharashtra this year and its 13th in the state, as the company continues its micro-market expansion strategy. ROHL currently operates 110+ hotels across India under the Royal Orchid and Regenta brands.
