Resolution 1 sought change in designation of Mr. Keshav Baljee from Non-Executive Director to Whole-Time Director (Executive Director) - passed as Special Resolution with 93.73% assent. Resolution 2 sought increase in remuneration of Mr. Arjun Baljee, President - passed as Ordinary Resolution with majority assent. A corrigendum was issued correcting Mr. Keshav Baljee's designation to include retirement by rotation and correcting his appointment date from November 9, 2020 to November 11, 2019.
