Royal Sense Limited has issued a corrigendum to the EGM notice originally dated April 17, 2025, ahead of the EGM scheduled for May 16, 2025 (via video conferencing). The corrigendum fixes typographical errors in the names of three proposed allottees in Resolution No. 1: 'Anil Khushwaha' corrected to 'Anil Kumar', 'Poonam Garg' corrected to 'Pooja Garg', and 'Urmilla Sharma' corrected to 'Urmila Sharma' (Urmilla). It also rectifies sub-points 1, 10 and 11 of the explanatory statement. The underlying proposal remains unchanged: issuance of up to 4,00,000 convertible equity warrants at Rs. 251 per warrant, aggregating up to Rs. 10.04 crore, to promoter and non-promoter categories across 26 proposed allottees. Promoter Rishabh Arora is the largest allottee with 2,50,000 warrants; post-issue his holding moves from 61.50% to 61.57%, with total promoter holding at 65.20%.
