Change in Senior Management Personnel

RSWM Limited has informed the stock exchanges that Shri Mahesh Kumar Yogi, who was the Business Head & Chief Executive of the Sustainable Textile Business, has been transferred to LNJ Greenpet Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of RSWM, in the role of Business Head B2B, effective April 1, 2026. As a result, he ceased to be a Senior Management Personnel of RSWM with effect from the close of business hours on March 31, 2026. The move is described as a strategic business decision and is an internal group-level transfer rather than an exit from the company group. No new appointment has been made to fill his vacated position at the parent company level as per this disclosure.
