RSWM Limited has informed the stock exchanges about a change in its senior management team for the Denim division. Rajesh Singh, the Business Head – Denim, has resigned effective end of business on February 28, 2026, to pursue better career opportunities. In his resignation note, Singh assured a smooth handover and completion of ongoing assignments during the notice period. To ensure continuity, the company has internally promoted Ashish Bhatnagar, currently the Chief Marketing Officer (Domestic and Export Marketing – Denim), to the role of Deputy Business Head – Denim with effect from March 1, 2026. Bhatnagar has been with RSWM since 2019 and brings over 25 years of industry experience. The board approved the change via a circular resolution on February 24, 2026.
