RTA cert filed under Reg 74(5) of SEBI depository rules for Q1 FY27

Quintegra Solutions has submitted to the stock exchanges the Regulation 74(5) certificate from its Registrar and Transfer Agent, Integrated Registry Management Services, for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. The RTA confirms that securities received from depository participants for demat were verified and listed, and physical share certificates received for dematerialisation were mutilated and cancelled within 15 days, with the depository name substituted in the register of members.
