RTA Certificate under Reg 74(5) filed for Q4 FY26

Aris International has submitted to BSE the certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Maheshwari Datamatics Pvt Ltd, under SEBI Regulation 74(5) for the quarter ended 31st March 2026. The RTA confirms it has sent the dematerialisation register to depositories and stock exchanges, and has destroyed or cancelled physical securities received from depository participants within the stipulated time.
