RTA Certificate under SEBI Regulation 74(5) for Q4 FY26

Jaiprakash Associates has submitted a certificate under SEBI Regulation 74(5) for the quarter ended 31st March 2026. The certificate, issued by its Registrar and Transfer Agent Alankit Assignments, confirms that all securities received from depository participants for dematerialization during the quarter were processed, confirmed to depositories, and listed on stock exchanges. Cancelled share certificates were mutilated and the names of depositories were recorded as registered owners in the company's member register within the stipulated time.
