RTA confirmation of dematerialisation for Q1 FY27

Mahan Industries has submitted a routine compliance certificate under SEBI Regulation 74(5) for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. Its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Adroit Corporate Services, confirms that all securities received for dematerialisation during the quarter were processed with depositories, original physical certificates were mutilated and cancelled, and the depository names were updated in the register of members within 15 days.
