RTA files SEBI Reg 74(5) compliance certificate for June 2026 quarter

Ace Engitech has submitted to BSE the SEBI Regulation 74(5) certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Alankit Assignments, for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. The certificate confirms that securities received from depository participants for dematerialization were processed and confirmed to the depositories, and that the related physical share certificates were mutilated and cancelled with the depository name recorded as registered owner within prescribed timelines.
