RTS Power Corporation has published its unaudited financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended 30 June 2025) in Business Standard and Arthik Lipi. Standalone total income from operations fell to ₹2,103.63 lakhs from ₹2,691.29 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Consolidated revenue, however, rose to ₹3,809.20 lakhs from ₹2,667.51 lakhs year-on-year. Standalone net profit after tax dipped to ₹242.27 lakhs from ₹313.41 lakhs, while the consolidated entity swung from a loss of ₹138.25 lakhs to a profit of ₹153.47 lakhs. Standalone EPS stood at ₹2.64 (vs ₹3.42 YoY) and consolidated EPS at ₹1.67 (vs a loss of ₹1.51 YoY). Results were approved by the Board on 14 August 2025 after Limited Review by statutory auditors.
Mixed bag for shareholders — standalone business saw a YoY dip in both revenue and profit, but the consolidated picture improved sharply with a return to profitability. Short-term stock reaction may be neutral to mildly positive given the consolidated turnaround.
